Packaging

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.

Postage

Items are in perfect condition when posted. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched immediatly.

Returns

1. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised within 14 days of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item(s).

2. It is the customers responsibility to pay for postage and packing of the item(s) sent back to us. NB: Postage will only be refunded on item(s) that are returned as faulty.

3. Unwanted items can be returned for a full 100% item refund under the 7 day cooling off period. This period starts from the moment the order is placed and finishes 7 working days starting the day after the goods have been delivered. After the 7 day cooling off period, items can still be refunded but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
 
4. Items returned must be unused and must be sent back to us with ALL the original packaging.

5. Customer have the right to ‘cancel’ the contract at any time up to ‘7 working days starting the day after delivery’ for any reason.
