If the phone malfunctions, buyer can return this phone for an free exchange within 14 days of purchase. The phone is also under One-year Limited warranty. Please be aware that we will charge 18 dolor for replacing a defective phone within one year time frame. To clarify, if the phone malfunctions after 14 day free exchange period, but within one year warranty period, you will have to send us the defective phone, a copy of the warranty card in the original package and 18 dolor through Paypal. Physical Damage is not covered by this warranty---we will charge for the actual repair cost for replacing the damaged parts.
