New equipment is sold with manufacturers guarantee.
We allow 7 days from receipt of item for purchaser to contact us before returning. Faulty items will be replaced not repaired. Items returned which are not faulty and returned as not wanted/wrongly ordered will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned un-used and in original packing and in new condition as dispatched.
Goods must be sent back insured at the buyers own expense. Items such as styli, cartridges, batteries, bulbs, lamps, diaphragms will not be accepted for return.
