Pricing, Shipping Charges
The indicated price does not cover VAT according to §19 (1) UStG (German). Therefore I am not authorized to show or bill VAT in my invoices.
Furthermore additional shipping charges are not included in the purchase price and will be charged as stated below("Verpackung und Versand"). Buyers will not be charged for ebay-fees.

Consumer Rights, Return Policy
As a consumer (§13 BGB (German)) you may return goods purchased in a contract which applies to the german "Fernabsatzgesetz" according to the following conditions (sine qua non):

Conditions of Return of Goods
Youmay send back purchased goods without giving reasons within one month after receipt of the goods and this information on Return Policy. In case of bulky goods which can not be send back by mail or parcel, your request for return can be stated by e-mail or letter.
Sending back the goods or the request for return via e-mail or letter within one month is sufficient to keep the one-month-term.
The return of the goods will be carried out at seller's risk and expense.

Exclusion
According to §312 d (4) BGB (German) the Right of Returning Goods is excludedon the following contracts

* contracts on delivering goods which are produced on the customer's requirements or guidelines, or are definitely produced to meet the personal needs of the customer, or which are -due to their nature- not suitable for sending back, or which are perishable in a short term or would expire,
* contracts on delivering audio- or videorecordings or software if the seals of the packages or data carriers are broken.

Consequencesof Return
In case of effective return any mutual benefits have to be restituted. Impairment of the returned goods has to be compensated unless the impairment is caused by usual examination as it would be done in a store. You can avoid the compensation by not using the purchased goods like a beneficial owner and omit anything that may lead to damage.

Warranty
The warranty for second-hand articles is 1 year; for all other goods it is 2 years.

Data Protection/Privacy
You have agreed to eBays privacy policy which says that eBay will communicate your name, adress, e-Mail, delivery adress and banking account data in the course of an eBay-transaction for placing the contract. The information is used to process the transaction and for future customer care purpose.
