We can accept payment via credit or debit card, cheque, draft, transfer, paypal or in person / on collection. Payment is required prior to shipment. Cheques may need to clear, taking 3-5 days approx. Please do not send cash by post. Replacements/returns/refunds will only be given for items which are dead-on-arrival, unless they have been sold as such. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding public holidays. Questions & transactions will be dealt with as quickly as possible during normal business hours. All items are shipped by a trackable courier service, usually delivered 24-48hours after shipment (normal working days (not weekends or holidays)). We do not ship via postal services, unless to a BFPO upon request. We do require a full postal address, as our delivery company does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Shipping Cost Guide (approx. costs only, final cost depends on weight & size). UK Mainland, £7.50 Where possible, we will combine items/invoices to reduce the shipping cost.
