
For some delivery zones outside England we outsource the delivery, again to keep costs down. For these areas we can deliver using a one man pallet service. In these instances we offer a service to your door, so it is advisable to have somebody at home to help you take delivery.
For delivery to Wales, Scotland and UK islands not abridged to the mainland, please contact us for delivery rates.

DELIVERY
* You are required to be at the delivery address at the time of the delivery. It is the "you" the customers, responsibility to sign and confirm that the correct item has been delivered and the goods are in perfect condition. If any items are incorrect, please mark on the drivers signature sheet.
FAILED DELIVERIES
* If you are not present at the delivery address at the point of delivery, a re-delivery charge will be required before items are re-despatched.
* All dimensions are listed and correct on our website adverts. It is important to check the dimensions and measure all access points to ensure your order will fit before placing an order. If for any reason your sofa does not fit into your premises "you" the customer, will be charged the delivery cost of your item. There will also be a re-stocking fee of 15% of the cost of the item/s, made payable immediately.
CANCELLED ORDERS
* Orders have a 24 hour cool off period. All orders cancelled after this period will be subject to a 10% administration and services charge (without exception).
* Orders cancelled due to goods being unavailable or damaged will not incur charges.
SPECIAL ORDERS
* If goods are ordered specifically for you, these items will be strictly non-returnable. If you are in any doubt please ask.
