Payment
All payments should be made via PayPal.
Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
Shipping
Goods will be despatched within 1 working day of payment clearing. All goods are sent by Royal Mail.
We charge a delivery fee only to cover the cost of postage and packaging materials.
Once your goods are despatched you will be sent an e-mail to confirm this.
Delivery Schedule:
1st Class – 1 to 2 working days
2nd Class – 2 to 3 working days
Standard Parcel – 3 to 5 working days
Should your goods not arrive within the relevant delivery schedule, please contact us.
Returns
14 Day No-Quibble Guarantee:
We understand that sometimes when you order over the internet, when the goods arrive in your home they are not quite what you expected. This is why we offer a 14 Day No Quibble Guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us provided it is in the original manufacturer’s packaging (including all instructions) and in unused condition. We will refund your money, including the original shipping charges, within 5 days.
Under this guarantee you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should ensure that all items are packaged securely and take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This guarantee does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Faulty Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
Should your goods arrive faulty, incorrect or damaged please contact us as soon as possible. We will either (at your option) exchange such goods; or refund in full the price you paid for the goods.
Under this returns policy we will reimburse your costs in returning the goods to us.
