APO/FPO addresses: use USA delivery cost as these must be forwarded by USPS.

Most items are shipped within 1 working day (many are shipped the same day!) and all items are shipped within 2 working days. We post daily Monday to Friday.

Terms of Sale

If you buy multiple items from separate listings, please wait for our combined invoice before paying as we will work out the best postage deal for your order.

Where we advise that we have alternative colours or styles of an item, these will be listed separately, if available. Please do not buy from one listing then ask for a different colour or style. If in doubt, please ask us first!

Returns

We offer a no-quibble returns policy within the UK and EU. If you are not completely happy with your item for any reason please contact us within 7 days and we will advise our return address and will give a full refund once the item is returned and inspected.

All we ask is that you return the item in it's brand new condition, complete with all orginal packaging. All returns are at the buyers cost. We recommend that returns are sent using a trackable shipping method, such as Recorded Delivery (and please enclose a note of who you are!).

** PLEASE NOTE: We are on holiday from Friday 31st July, 2009 and reopen on Monday 17th August, 2009 **
Any orders paid for after 3pm on Thursday 30th July, 2009 will not be processed until Monday 17th August.
You are welcome to purchase our items while we are closed but we will not be able to ship until we return.
