We are a small, independent family run bookselling business, based in the North West Of England overlooking the famous Pendle Hill. The business initially started out as a hobby of ours and gradually grew to the point where we decided to turn our hobby into our livelihood. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a personal touch that comes from being a small family enterprise. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we welcome any feedback from you as we are always aiming to improve our service.

We pride ourselves in selling excellent quality new and second hand books, chosen and packed with care. May we draw your attention to our book grading notes below, which will provide a general indicator of condition for each item.

GRADING

NEW: Brand new item, unread copy in fine condition.

LIKE NEW: Near fine overall condition. Binding is tight, pages are clean and crisp

VERY GOOD: Very good all round condition. Binding is tight, pages are clean and sound. Will show light signs of wear

GOOD: Good reading copy. This book is in good all round condition, which means it will show signs of wear and having been read.

ACCEPTABLE: A readable copy. This book will have significant reading wear. All pages and the cover will be intact. Pages can include notes or highlighting. Not for a gift

Returns

We understand that it can sometimes be a little worrying buying items online that you haven't had the chance to view. We try to combat this by accurately describing all of our products and offering a No Quibble Returns Policy if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase as customer satisfation is our main priority.

You can simply return the item within seven days, please contact us first and we will then refund any monies less postage. Refunds will be made upon safe return of your item, we cannot be responsible for returned items which go astray in the post. Many thanks.
