Description: Anexcellent example of the Japanese art of Chokin, or gilding and engraving. This6.5" plate shows a hummingbird dipping for nectar in one of a cluster of flowers.Comes with a hanger and  on the back ofplate a short history of the art of Chokin.

The Art of Chokin istrimmed with 24 Kt. Gold. The decorative gold and silver are gilded on copper.

In beautiful shape fordisplay on a wall or in a china cabinet.
