I cannot find the date but there is a photo of the backstamp and date mark or pattern number

It is in the Art Nouveau style, it may even be Art Nouveau date.

The pattern is of colourful  fruits and leaves in green blue orange and pink.

There is gilt decoration to the rims.

It is all in very good condition, some of the gilt has rubbed off the teaplates here and there, but only as you would expect for the age, Overall top condition, no chips or stains.

Cake Plate 11" x 5.5"

Tea Plates 5.75" x 5.75"
