Small Rectangular Art Deco Era Fully Woven Carpet
Part of our "Art Deco" Collection.

Our extensive range of rugs and carpets from the Art Deco Era covering roughly 1925 to 1940s contain many bright bold designs and beautiful colours. Our round and oval rugs and carpets are unique to us and are particularly beautiful and really set of a room.  

The Art Deco period was marked for its vivid colors and stark, geometric shapes that influenced architecture, furniture, and fashion worldwide. Everything was geometric and cubic. Art Deco also incorporates a lot of contrasts, such as color palates of chrome and cobalt blue, and crystal and black. Clean shapes and elegant lines are emphasised.

These carpets help bring your dolls house scenes back to this period creating an authentic look and feel.
