Art Deco Figured Walnut Stepped Top Cocktail / Drinks Cabinet / Secretaire Bookcase / Cupboard
This extremely stylish cabinet is a good quality piece of Art Deco furniture, and it provides several very useful functions.
It's stepped top forms such a pleasing part of the overall design, and the figured walnut veneers have a delightul pattern of grain, while the left hand door leads to a conveniently fitted cocktail compartment which can be used to house 12 glasses and 4 bottles.
The fall leads to a neatly sized secretaire / bureau, and it's reverse side is lined with an original leather cloth writing surface. A single shelf cupboard is situated beneath the fall, and the glazed door leads to a storage / display compartment which is fitted with 3 height adjustable shelves.
The mouldings which highlight the glazed door contribute so well to the stylish appearance of this piece, and a substantial plinth base provides perfect support, while 4 working locks with individual keys safeguard the contents of each section.
The condition is generally good, with only minor marks consistent with age and use to mention, however there is some fading to the doors, and some loss of polish to the sides. The middle part of the top has a mark towards the centre, and there is some veneer missing just above the falls key hole.
The height measures 43 1/2 inches.
The width measures 47 1/4 inches.
The depth measures 11 3/4 inches.
The internal depth measures 10 1/4 inches.
The height to the fall measures 30 inches.

This item cannot be posted as it is too large and fragile. We carry out all deliveries in person, and each item of furniture is fully insured from the time of it's purchase to the time of it's delivery.
We deliver to most parts of mainland UK, but we advise that you request a quote for delivery before placing a bid or making a purchase so you are fully aware of the cost. We will combine multiple purchases to reduce delivery costs, and small items will go free with larger items.
We do not allow cash on delivery sorry.
Customers are welcome to collect, but by appointment only as we run an unmanned warehouse.
