The inspiration for this lovely and attractive hand made Mantel Clock comes from combining the Scotties friendly expressive features  with the well known geometric lines of 1920's Deco design. On this timepiece the two Scottie Dogs are shown as attentive and dutiful mantle piece watchdogs. During the 1920's and 30's wonderful Art Deco style animals were often used as architectural detail, being incorporated into the design of buildings in clever and meaningful ways.  This Scottie Dog clock would make a superb addition and fine talking point to any home.

The Scottie is from Echo of Deco’s very collectable and ever growing series of ‘Ark Deco’ ceramic animals. This piece has been finished in Echo of Decos own 'Olive Crackle' glaze, which complements this Scottie mantel clock design very well.
