This is a 1930's wardrobe veneered with nicely figured matched panels of Burr Walnut.The single door is veneered with quartered matched panels and has an arched top which terminates with a carved detail,it is hung on quality brass hinges and has it's original handle.The two front side panels are veneered with single matched panels and are framed by a quarter round moulding veneered in burr walnut.The sides of the wardrobe are veneered with two matched leaves of figured walnut and framed at the front edge with a quarter round moulding which is veneered in burr walnut and which terminates at the top with a carved corner detail.The wardrobe is constructed as a single box and is supported by a shaped and moulded plinth on cabriole legs.

Internally there is a single full width shelf with two hanging rails fitted beneath.

The wardrobe is in good condition with no loose veneers,splits or woodworm,the interior is clean and tidy.
