A) If you are the winning bidder, you will be expected to pay for top.If not, Non paying bidder Alert will be filed, even if you threaten to leave me negative feedback.
Q) Do you combine post?
A) Yes, I combine post for more than one item.Post is priced on weight, not per parcel, so reduced postage fees apply after the first item.
Q) I bought my top six days ago and it still has not arrived?
A) Having viewed your invoice, I see you Live in USA, Delivery can take up to 28 days.PLease allow time for delivery
Q) I bought a top for my dad, I need it ASAP?
A) Might be worth accepting insurance on your order, as this is a faster service than normal delivery.
Q) I have just bought a top, and see some more I would like to bid on,Can you wait for payment?
A) Yes, I can hold tops for 7 days maximum period before you have to pay.
Q) I'm returning a top to you, do I need to put any info in with it?
A) Yes, Please put ebay reference number with any item sent, that includes payments as I need to match them up.
Please note, I sell new and used tops. If you are buying a used top, please read description as some people expect tops to be unmarked.Tops are collectable and I try to list correctly.
Some used tops may need a light wash, as I just dont have the time to wash all tops.

I also combine post.If you are bidding on more than one item,I will combine postage at reduced costs.Post depends on weight, and for a normal soccer top, I charge two pounds to a UK delivery address. Every other soccer top after this will cost no more than £1 per top to post in uk.
On European orders, I also combine post.This will be advised once you have informed me you have finished bidding. One normal soccer top will cost £4. Two normal soccer tops £5, Three normal soccer tops £6,Four normal soccer tops £8,Five normal soccer tops aprox £10. If you order is of a high value, you may be requested to pay an additional £3.50 for insurance,This means your parcel will be sent Priority Air Mail Service, and a signature required upon delivery.
On Rest Of World Orders,again, I combine post at reduced costs.Again,post is based on weight.My first normal soccer top will cost £5. Every other normal soccer top you can add an additional £2.50 per top. If you order is of a high value, you may be requested to pay an additional £3 for insurance,This means your parcel will be sent Priority Air Mail Service, and a signature required upon delivery.
Please note, that any uk,european or rest of world order on or over the value of £20, will require insurance, and and additional £3.00 will be charged to cover the Royal Mail/Royal Air Mail cost for this service.

If you choose not to accept this additional service on your invoice, I will not be held responsable if your parcel goes missing. This does happen so please make sure you understand that you have been offered this service.This service is offered to all buyers when I send the invoice for item/items purchased.
My prefered method of payment is paypal.This is a fast and secure process. I also accept Postal Orders or Cheques, but only in UK Pounds only.
After I send your invoice, you have seven days to arrange payment. If item you purchased is unpaid, on the 8th day after auction ended, I will file a Non Paying Bidder alert via ebay. If still unpaid after 14 days, a Non Paying Bidder strike will be issued against you account, which can lead to suspension from the ebay community.
If after 7 days I have to send you a reminder for payment, INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED regardless of order value.This applies to ALL ORDERS.This being because I spend a lot of time and effort trying to chase up people who buy a top, then fail to communicate.
