Payment Timescales

The sooner I receive Payment, the sooner I will despatch your items,  I will send a courtesy email after a week to check if all is well, if I do not receive payment or hear from you within three weeks, I will start the process to recover my fees from ebay.

Postage timescales

I will send your items within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Parcel up to 1 kilo in weight will be sent by Royal mail standard post, Items over 1 kilo weight will be sent by Royal mail standard parcel post,

All parcels sent will have a proof of posting receipt

If your wish to have your parcel insured please let me know and I will add the standard royal mail charge as find on the royal mail website.

You will inform via e-mail when parcel has been despatch.

General postage information

My postage costs are base on the items weight and dimensions this also includes the packaging materials used. As per the Royal mail tariffs.

Returns

If for a reason that the item is not as described within the auction list, I am happy to offer a full refund upon the return of the item in it original packing.  The return postage cost for this item will not be refunded. If for any other reason the item is not as it should be, please e-mail as soon as possible I will sort something out.
