You're looking at a pair of Barrack Dress Trousers as issued to soldiers of the British Army.

These trousers are now obsolete in most units with the introduction of new uniforms.  Other units, including TA, who still use them are finding them more and more difficult to obtain. 

(Sorry the photo is not the best, they are dark green in colour.)

This pair is sized as follows:  85/92/108 - Leg/Waist/Seat

Although listed as used, the nature of their use means they show very little sign of wear and were dry cleaned after their last use.
