DeliveryHow much do I have to pay? @ Plumbclick we maintain an honest and simple delivery pricing policy. We do not have any hidden costs, our delivery costs are comprehensive. Small order (0-5kg) £3.49 (valves / fittings etc) Medium order (5-35kg) £8.45 (towel rails / shower pumps / water heaters etc) Large order (35-75kg) £14.95 (multiple items) Bulk pallet order (75kg +) £40.00 (boilers and large items) Where do you deliver to? We deliver to mainland UK only (not offshore). We can make deliveries to your card/home address or to an alternative address of your choice (subject to any checks we may deem necessary). Offshore deliveries please get in contact. When will my order be dispatched? At the bottom of every product is an estimated delivery time schedule once an order has been placed we will keep you up to date with your order by email or if you prefer by phone, once your order has been dispatched we will text you (if requested) to let you know your parcel has left our stores . What time will my parcel arrive? Upon receipt of your text on dispatch your parcel will arrive within 48 / 72 hours with the exception of some rural areas that may take up-to 4 days. When should I check my delivery? You should always check your parcel for transit damage before signing for the goods if you suspect damage due to transit do not sign for the goods and reject the delivery.
