Postage

Postage cost is dependent upon the item and is specified at the bottom of the listing. The p & p amount incorporates postage, packing & handling fees.

All international bidders / buyers, please email for postage costs before bidding / purchasing.

Payment

The following payment methods are accepted Nochex and PayPal (both payable to paul@fish-4-u.co.uk) Mastercard and Visa is accepted by calling our order line on 01752 350100. Also accepted are cheques and postal orders (payable to Waterfall and send to Waterfall Aquatics, 89-91 Victoria Road, St Budeaux, Plymouth, PL5 1RX).

Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, however from time to we may need to order additional stock to fulfil orders which may create short delays. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If paying by cheque, please allow additional time for the cheque to be processed (up to 7 days). All items are sent using 1^st class Royal Mail with certificate of posting or DHL 24/48 hour service unless otherwise specified. If you require recorded delivery with packages sent via Royal mail please use the insurance option when paying for your goods. Alternative forms of delivery may be used if requested and may incur additional charges.

Returns

If goods are undamaged and non-faulty, returns may be made if requested. A full refund minus p & p charges and listing and PayPal/Nochex fees (if applicable) will be made if goods are received back within 14 days and in their original condition and packaging and as long as notification of the return is sent to Fish-4-u within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please send returns via a traceable shipping method, Fish-4-u can not be held responsible for returned items which are lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds & replacements

Replacements will be dispatched at the discretion of Fish-4-u and will only be dispatched if the goods are damaged or faulty and / or received back within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition and packaging (please see above). Notification of damaged / faulty goods must be sent to Fish-4-u within 48 hours of receipt. All refunds will be issued using the same method as payment was made.

Refunds will only be given if we are unable to replace the faulty item within a reasonable time period.

 Please note: Replacements / Refunds will only be issued / despatched after receipt of returned goods.
