Returns and refunds...
Refunds can only be made by the method that was originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit cards will be done immediately and will show on the customer’s account within three to five days.

Faulty goods

Within 28 days of delivery we will arrange for collection and replacement of faulty goods. 

Outside of 28 days of delivery we will arrange for the collection of the goods and send it back to the manufacture for repair, under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
