You are bidding on this very beautiful decorational palm tree with 30 real primed palm

leafs from the areca palm tree. They give the palm tree a thick leaf crown and a gorgeous appearance.
The palm leafs/fronds are approx. 100cm (3.3ft.) long and are flame resistant.

The height of the palm tree varies from 250cm (8.2ft.) to 270cm (8.9ft.) depending on how the fronds are inserted.

The diameter of the crown amounts to approx. 160cm (5.3ft.).

The height of the trunk amounts to approx. 200cm (6.5ft.). The massive trunk (diameter approx. 14cm (5.5")) is wrapped with

real palm fibres (coconut fibres) which provide a natural appearance.

The palm tree is delivered with a base (plastic pot) and can be immediately positioned. Instructions for the attachment

of the fronds are included in every delivery. Incidentally the attachment of the leafs is very easy.

By arranging the palm tree yourself it can be adapted well to any spatial factors.

The selected natural elements of our palm trees are primed to be very durable and require neither light, water nor maintenance.

Consumers’ Right of Cancellation

A customer who is a consumer can cancel his/her contractual declaration within two weeks without indicating reasons in the written form,

 e.g. per letter, per fax or email or by returning the merchandise. At the earliest the time limit begins with the receipt of the merchandise

and these instructions. The punctual despatch of the cancellation or the merchandise is sufficient to ensure the cancellation time limit.

The cancellation or return of the merchandise is to be sent to: Seidenblumen Roß GmbH, Bahnhofstraße 11, D-45549 Sprockhövel.

Cancellation Consequences

In the case of an effective cancellation the services actually rendered on both sides are to be granted back and if necessary

attained application (e.g. use benefits) returned. Should the customer only return the merchandise received from

Seidenblumen Roß GmbH completely or partially or in a worse condition, he/she must achieve value replacement for

Seidenblumen Roß GmbH if necessary. This does not apply if the worsening of the merchandise can be solely attributed to their

examination as it would have been possible in a store.

Incidentally the customer can avoid the duty of value replacement by not using the item as an owner

and by avoiding anything which could influence its value.

Package-transportable merchandise is to be returned. The customer must bear the costs for return shipment if the

delivered merchandise complies with the ordered merchandise and if the price of the merchandise to be returned does not

exceed the amount of 40,00 € or if, in the case of a higher price of the merchandise, the customer did not yet render the return service

or a contractually stipulated partial payment at the time of cancellation. In other cases the return shipment is free of charge

for the customer. The customer is to contact Seidenblumen Roß GmbH beforehand to clarify what type

of return shipment is to be effected.

Due to organisational reasons freight collect return shipments cannot be accepted by Seidenblumen Roß GmbH.

The right of cancellation and with it the return of such items which were manufactured according to

customer specifications or undoubtedly are specific to the personal requirements of the customer are excluded.
