ARCADIAN CHINA VASE 'ROTTINGDEAN'

This little vase measures approx. 1 1/2" high by 1 1/2" diameter.  It has no chips but does have a hairline crack across the base and running part way up either side.  The base of the vase bears a crest which reads A&S Stoke on Trent - under this crest are the words ARCADIAN CHINA - it also has some orange painted on numbers/letters which appear to read L 1 7 B.
