TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment methods: PayPal, Winning bidders must make payment arrangement within 7 days.. We do not accept payment by personal cheque or any other payment methods
 

DELIVERY Our regular methods of delivery are Royal Mail Recoded or our chosen carrier, for which the following terms and conditions apply. All goods shipped will need to be signed for upon delivery, if no one is home a card will be left by Royal Mail or our courier stating where the goods may be collected. First Stop Aquatics LTD will not be held liable for late delivery of goods due to holiday, industrial action or any other incident outside their control. For deliveries and transport cost to Non-Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world, please contact us for a shipping quote.  

RETURNS

Goods that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 working days for replacement or refund. Goods will only be accepted back with authorisation from First Stop Aquatics and with proof of purchase in the form of the original delivery note. Customers must contact First Stop Aquatics by email or phone to obtain authorisation prior to return. A restocking charge of up to 100% may be deducted from credits issued for returned goods ordered in error, not required, and for goods and packaging that is returned damaged, defaced, marked or where there is any indication of incorrect or inappropriate use or tampering.

WARRANTY

The manufacture warranty period is 12 months and is effective from the date of despatch from First Stop Aquatics. The warranty is valid only where goods have been applied and used for the purpose for which they are intended and which have not been tampered with.
