DELIVERY & COLLECTION:

UK Mainland only (Scotland, Wales, England) - please email for postage price if you live off the UK mainland. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery as item in most cases will delivered on a day of your choosing, the courier will contact you to arrange this so please provide a contact number. Item can be EXPRESS DELIVERED (1 - 3 working days) for an extra £5 if required urgently. Delivery is on working days only (Mon - Fri, excl Bank Holidays)
and is in no way guaranteed but we do our best to ensure it arrives on the day it should.
Items are insured but must be checked for damage on delivery, should you miss small damage (i.e. cracks less than 10 cm in length) these must be reported within 24hrs please email (aquafit@btconnect.com) or phone 0845 4506892. Missing items must be noted on delivery documentation.

Item can be collected from our Retail outlet in Darlington (Mon - Sat three working day notice required). A small charge (listed) is applicable to both to cover storage and picking costs.

2.PAYPAL

We do accept payment by cheques and postal orders made payable to "Aquafit NE Ltd"
Please note that items paid for by cheque after the cheque has fully cleared.

We only accept cash when paying in person at our retail outlet in Darlington, never post a cash payment to us.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

You may return any item to us for any reason for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, original postage costs / collection costs will not be refunded.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition (not used nor fitted) and be fit for re-sale.

All postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is found to be faulty and an exchange will be arranged. Always obtain a proof of postage when returning an item to us as we can not accept responsibility for items not received.

If you receive a faulty product from us (manufacturers faults can not usually be detected until fitted, but this DOES NOT include cracks or breakages) please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
