Where possible we will try and send specific colours/designs as required. Please email us with your order number and any specific requirements, as soon as the order is placed.

Any items returned as, not collected, refused, not required, unsuitable, not known at this address, incorrect delivery address supplied, will be refunded after deducting a 30% restocking / administration charge.

If you wish to return an item.

Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
 
The box must be marked on the outside with the original order number.

You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. You can always return items if they are defective.

We will be happy to issue a refund, by cheque, for the item once we receive it back. There will be a 30% restocking charge for any items returned.

All shortages, damages and discrepancies have to be notified by email within 7 days of receipt of goods. No claims will be entertained after this time.
