My aim is for VERY FAST DELIVERY – I go to the Post Office every weekday afternoon, Monday to Friday. Goods are usually posted within 24 hours of the payment clearing.

I am very happy to receive UK cheques, but it is a slower method of payment and waiting for a cheque to clear can delay delivery. Cheques can take 5 to 7 days working days to clear. Paypal eCheques have been known to take 10 days to clear.

Postage and packaging charges are just that – the cost of postage AND the cost of packing materials, post labels, etc. I keep costs as low as I can whilst using good quality and suitable materials to ensure your books arrive in the condition they leave here. My feedback reflects the high standard of my packaging. Books are wrapped carefully, to keep pages flat. All care is taken to protect books from damage in the post.

I always use a Certificate of Postage – proof that your goods have been handed into the postal system. Please email me if your book has not arrived within the expected posting time.

, Recorded Delivery is available in the UK (at a small additional price per package) on both first and second class packages. This means the parcel can be “tracked and traced” in the unlikely event of it going missing. For larger value items Special Delivery is the other track and trace option.

An International Signed For/Track and Trace service is available at additional cost.

If you are unhappy with your item please contact me within 7 days. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received in order to receive a refund.
