We purchase our product directly from the manufacturer in bulk and sell them with the lowest price we possibly can offer. Shipping :

We will ship Worldwide. All items are in stock and are dispatched with 48 hours after payment has cleared . Orders received on the weekends or  Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day (Mon - Fri).

We use Royal Mail for all shipments within the UK . Most items are dispatched via 1st Class Recorded. Delivery within the UK takes  3- 5 working days

We use Royal Mail for all shipments with the EU. Most items are dispatched via Airmail International Signed For. Delivery to Ireland and EU takes up to 5- 7working days.

We use Royal Mail,DHL and UPS for all international shipments. Delivery to the Rest of the World takes up to 7 - 10 working days.

We do not offer a Collection service. We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item has been lost. This is 14 working days from the date of dispatch. We can not accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted or any delays caused by Royal Mail.

This is our preferred payment method.  We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. If you are paying via eCheque, we will only dispatch your item after it has cleared through PayPal system. Please check with PayPal on the expected clearance date.

Postal Order:
Please contact us after you have purchased the item for our postal address. We recommend that you send Postal Orders via a registered mailing service (Royal Mail Special Delivery). We will dispatched your item after payment has cleared.

Personal/ Business Cheque:
Please contact us after you have purchased the item for our postal address. We recommend that you send Cheques via a registered mailing service (Royal Mail Special Delivery). We will dispatched your item after payment has cleared.

Please note: All Payment must be received with 5 working days after date of purchase. Please do not bid or purchase if you are unable to pay . All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.

Returns / Refund :

Our 14-day moneyback guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding shipping fees). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Warranty :

Most items come with a 90 Days Warranty covering manufacturing detects. This does not include any damage caused by the user.

If a fault occurs within the warranty period, please contact us via eBay. We will either replace or repair your product within 14 working days. If the item is out of stock we will refund the full purchase price excluding P&P.

Any items returned after 14 days from receipt will be refunded less the P&P and 20% restocking fee.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?

A: All items are dispatched with 48 hours (Mon – Fri) after payment has cleared. Most items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1^st Class (Please check listing). UK customers should expect their item within 1 - 3 working days, however Royal Mail does not guarantee this. International customers should expect delivery of their item within 5 – 10 working days, but again Royal Mail does not guarantee this.

Q: I have received a faulty or wrong item?

A: Prior to returning the item, please can you contact us via eBay messaging system and we will send you information on how to return the item back to us. We reply to all emails within 48 hours ( Mon – Fri). We will only be responsible for cost of return if we dispatched the wrong item. The buyer is responsible to ensure we receive the item before an exchange or refund can be given.

Q: My Recorded Signed-For or International Signed-For tracking number is not working?

A: Royal Mail Recorded & International Signed For Deliveries are only traceable upon Delivery. Once your item has been dispatched, your item is in hands of the postal service. We do not have any control over this. Please allow 14 working day before making any contact with us.
