Payment
Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction ending.
Don't forget that a bid on eBay is a legally binding contract. We are very happy to answer any questions you may have, but please ask them BEFORE rather than after you have bid!
Shipping
We ship most items within 3 - 5 working days for Ireland and 5 - 10 working days for the UK and Rest of Europe when cleared funds have being received. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THERE IS GOING TO BE A SLIGHT DELAY YOU WILL BE INFORMED BY EMAIL! Please note that An Post guidelines for international shipping state 5 - 10 working days for most destinations. However, Items cannot be reported lost until 25 days has lapsed.
Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us, however, we do realise that sometimes you may need to return goods. But please check all the listing details carefully so as to minimise the need for returns.
Remember, if you are not 100% happy with what you have bought then just send it back to us - unused and in its original packaging - within 7 calendar days for a full refund.
Product Exchanges
If you send a product back for an exchange we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you (unless the product was faulty or we made a mistake).We will request a PayPal invoice or a debit/credit card to take payment from. Please understand that we are not in the business of making profit from postage, However we must cover the exact costs of postage charged to us in order for you to make an exchange.
Please note that return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
What to do if your goods are faulty or appear damaged upon arrival?
If the goods are faulty upon receipt please contact us immediately. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements or (if you prefer) refund you via your original payment method.
Please also tell us immediately if your goods were damaged in transit. If goods are visibly damaged upon receipt we advise that you accept delivery and then contact us. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched to you, or an alternative course of action to be taken, if you so wish. We will also arrange for the courier to collect and inspect the damaged parcel, so please ensure that you retain everything as is at the delivery address.
What to do if you have received the wrong goods?
Please let us know straight away if you think that you have received the wrong goods and we will make every effort to sort things out in the most convenient way possible, and at no further cost to yourself.
Returns Instructions
For all returning goods, please include a copy of your original EBay Sales Invoice, clearly explaining what action you would like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely in their original packaging, and that you use a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the equipment to return the goods.
Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
Please understand that these terms are only a guideline. We will do everything in our power to come to a satisfactory arrangement with you.
We are a fully registered, large consumer electronics distributor in Ireland. Therefore prices are all inclusive of V.A.T at 21.5% and we are subject to the normal Sales of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
This means you have peace of mind whilst making a purchase from us.
