 This is an Apple 2nd Generation iPod with 20 GB of memory.  The headphone input jack is broken (see image below) which means audio can sound scratch unless you have the headphones in the jack "just right".  Everything else about the iPod works, and I've used it fairly successfully in situations that didn't jostle the headphone input too much (for example, I've used it as a music player in my living room by plugging it into an amp).  This iPod would also make a great secondary storage device for all your precious data!

There are some scratches on the iPod as shown in the images.  Also note that the back of the iPod has an engraved message: "Dearest Monica, For you with love, Tim."  So not only do you get the iPod, you get a little love, too!
