This auction is for an Apple iPod 20GB Hard Drive - Fully Tested

If you are having problems with your 4th Generation iPod, this auction will get you back up and running. Typical problems clicking drive, Sad iPod Icon, Folder Icon, not booting and the like

We will supply a genuine Apple replacement hard drive for any Fourth Generation Apple iPod - this drive will work work with the Colour, Photo, black and white or U2 version.

The drive has been tested to have no bad blocks and will be preformatted for use in your iPod.

All our iPod parts are original Apple parts and are either Brand New or fully tested if used.

Shipping

We will contact winning bidders at the end of the auction, usually within 24 hours. Please confirm your method of payment within 24 hours otherwise we may relist the item or sell it to the underbidder.

We combine multiple purchases and reduce shipping whenever possible. Unlike many sellers we weigh and accurately assess shipping. If you think there is an alternative to the service stated, please feel free to request it, however we always ship with suitable insurance and require a signature unless you instruct us not to - in which case we take no responsibility for the goods after we ship them.

Unfortunately, due to the terms of our lease, we are not able to allow personal or courier collection.

CLEARED payment MUST be received within 7 days of the auction's end date, otherwise the item will be relisted and we will file for non-payment which may result in your suspension from eBay.

Generally the return of an item will only be considered if we are informed within 7 days of dispatch.
Should we agree to a return it should be returned within 7 days in the same condition as at dispatch.
Goods will be tested and if found to be faulty, the purchase cost will be refunded or the goods replaced or repaired at our discretion.
We DO NOT accept the return of non-faulty items and you WILL be required to pay for return shipping.
You MUST make contact and we MUST agree a return before you ship the goods. You WILL be asked to include payment for return shipping in case the goods are not faulty.
All shipping and customs costs will be borne by the purchaser.
In the event of damage in transit, support will be given to the buyer to assist in a compensation claim, we will NOT make any compensation claim, nor will we give a refund. We ship with suitable insurance unless you instruct us not to. You will not be able to make any claim unless courier deliveries are signed for as "unchecked". We keep shipping details for 28 days after dispatch.

It seems obvious to us, but we'll repeat it here - items that stated as "untested", "as-is" or "no return", are not returnable under ANY circumstances.
