You will love the iPhone, since using one I am finding it difficult to adjust to a work blackberry, iPhone's all the way, I guarantee you will be happy!
Briefly look up jailbreaking and ultrasn0w on the internet to find how useful having this done is, it allows you to use 3rd party apps, unlock the phone to all networks all with a simple software unlock (thus not breaking the warrenty). You can always revert back to the original firmware if you decide that you want to keep this in its original format (02 locked).
