IT IS IN  USED BUT VERY GOOD CONDITION 

SCREEN PROTECTOR ON THE FRONT SCREEN,  FEW MARKS AT THE BACK DUE TO KEEPT IN  HARD CASE , NOW I HAVE REMOVED THE HARD CASE AND APPLIED A NEW PROTECTOR AT THE BACK

PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE  PHONE THROUGH ITUNES AS THIS WILL RELOCK THE PHONE.

These phones are hard to come by with this firmware so grab a bargain, also in my experience the screen quality (vivid color and screen is much whiter)  of these phone are much better as compared to the new 3GS models.
