4. We use our own accounts for shipping.  No third party shipping. No local pickups or third party shipper pickups. If you live in Illinois, and you still want to pick up, please pay handling charges (50% of shipping and handling charges specified) and sales tax @ 8.25%. NO P.O. BOX SHIPPING.  NO A.P.O. BOX SHIPPING. You can email us before you bid and we will give you the exact shipping charges for the item.

8. All of the items come with a 7 day warranty against DOA, unless otherwise specified in the auction. A copy of the written warranty can be obtained if you request by writing to abcdcomputers@hotmail.com upon request by the buyer.   WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO HARDWARE ONLY. NO WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE. Battery may or may not be present in the item. Please look at the specifications given. Batteries come with no warranty, and are not guaranteed to hold a charge. All warranty limited to hardware only. No warranty on software. No returns on software.

9.  Shipping and handling not refundable.

10.  Software is non refundable in any case. NO WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE SOLD OR LOADED ON ANY ITEM.

11.  All warranties are void if products returned are physically damaged.

12.  Units returned will be tested, if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately.  Units returned and not found defective will be returned at buyers’ expense.
