GENUINE APPLE IPHONE 3GS 32GB

I bought this Iphone as officially unlocked by Apple from Hong Kong supplier. Unfortunately they were software unlocked and jailbroken...
I did not check it and wanted to upgrade them to 3.1 firmware via iTunes... Everyone can guess what's happened...

The Iphone was previously running on 3.0.1 firmware. The Cydia is already installed and ultrasn0w in private/var/logs directory.
I have been told in some mobile phone shop, they are locked to Japanese SoftBank.
You do not have access to any applications as it asks for a valid SIM card when turning on (please take a look at photo no 2)
I think that unlocking software for 3.1 version is already available, but please ensure.
