Delivery of goods is normally 1-4 working days from receipt of your payment.

Please provide a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the goods over the time period when your goods are likely to arrive. If you miss two deliveries, you may have to collect goods from a depot or fund a third delivery attempt.

We will respond to your e-mails within 2 hours during office hours (Monday-Friday 9.30am-5pm). It may take us longer to respond outside of these hours i.e. Weekends, Bank Holidays etc.

Collection of Goods

Unfortunately we can no longer offer the option for the collection of goods. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase - return it within 7 days and we can either offer you a replacement or full refund whichever you choose.

NB. Software, DVD / CD media are non-returnable.
