This auction is for an almost new 'Alphabet Pal' from Leap Frog. It was a present that I safely put in the cupboard for when my little boy would be a bit older...only to completely forget about it. Now he finds it too baby-ish...hence we are selling it in its original box complete with instructions.

Alphabet Pal is an award-winning pre-school toy, which teaches your child letter names and sounds along with four different colours. He wiggles and wobbles when pulled along while singing the catchy "ABC" song. Alphabet Pal's silly giggle, flashing antennae and wobbly walk are sure to tickle your child's funny bone. Press one of 26 legs to learn letter names, sounds and colours. A sure-fire hit with all young pre-schooler.

As well as all the more obvious developmental aids such as encouraging language and auditory skills, Alphabet Pal has lots of hidden teaching skills too: pressing down on his shoes encourages fine motor skills, while taking him for his afternoon walk helps develop toddlers' gross motor skills. As always LeapFrog are parent friendly too and have thoughtfully added a volume control switch on Alphabet Pal's back. There's also an automatic close-down function to preserve the batteries if the toy is left unattended.

Requires 3 AA batteries (demonstration batteries only included). Suitable for ages 12--30 months. -
