This is a lovley apartment with a view that will take your breath away. From the moment you open the front door you are looking directly onto the Atlantic Ocean and overlooking the two beautiful pools, this apartment has one of the best locations in the whole complex. Adjacent is the new marina which is home to luxury yatchs and leisure boats including the Yellow Submarine which takes you on an underwater sightseeing tour.

Infront of the complex is the seafront walk way which is lined with all manner of restaurants and bars including Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, English and traditional Spanish and Fish restaurants. There are more bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and directly across the road is Europes largest Crown Green Bowling Green which welcomes visitors at the Winter Gardens Complex.
There is also a gym and spa with sauna steam room and jacuzzi and beauty salon  at The Winter Gardens Complex across the road and our guests get complimentary membership for the gym and the spa for the duration of your stay.


If you hire a car the apartment benefits from having its own private underground reserved parking space which is accessed by electric gates operated by a key fob so you are able to unload your luggage next to your accomodation, and no need for a hot sun scorched car.
If you dont want to rent a car there is plenty to do and see in the resort so it is not essential.

The complex is very safe and secure, the main front doors are kept locked with a telephone door entry system for your guests. The front doors open into a large marble lined foyer with a glass roofed atrium and executive elevators traveling to every level. The whole complex is meticulously maintained and cleaned every day.

There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and CD player / radio in the apartment with a selection of current DVDs of family and childrens films, The TV recieves BBC1, 2, ITV, Channel 4 and movie channel amongst others. There is also a tv in the bedroom which receives the same choice of channels.

As we have children ourselves this apartment is ideally suited to families with babies/small children. We can provide you with all the equipment you will need for your baby during your stay. There is an Avent bottle warmer, Tommee Tippee Microwave steam steriliser, Baby recliner chair, Play Mat, highchair, baby bath, basic buggy and a travel cot which can be placed in the bedroom next to the beds. All linen is provided for the cot. All equipment provided free of charge.

The complex is suitable for prams as there are lifts to all floors, the pool area is fully enclosed and all on one level with a seperate baby pool. the complex is secure with access for residents only and the building is monitored by CCTV.

Best of all we do not increase our prices during school holidays. 

The Kitchen has a full size Oven, Halogen Hob and Microwave, Fridge Freezer,Electric Kettle, Toaster cutlery and all crockery.

The lounge consists of two sofas (one sinlge sofa bed) TV, DVD and CD stereo with wide patio doors leading out onto the large balcony with panoramic views. For four people there is folding bed available.

The Bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes with electronic security safe, tv, chests of drawers, and wide patio doors leading onto the balcony with panoramic views.

The Bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, wash basin and a washing machine.

The large balcony has a table and four chairs ,and two relaxer chairs and a clothes dryer.

The Complex has a large adult swimming pool (heated), and smaller childrens pool with associated showers and a large and spacious area with plenty of sunloungers and extensive ocean views.

 

Golf del Sur is idealy placed for a quick and hassel free transfer from the airport and near to the lively resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos without their noise and disturbance. This complex and appartment is idealy placed within Golf del Sur with an ocean front position and uninterupted Ocean views. It is next to a marina and is on the doorstep of championship golf courses, crown green bowling, an equestrian centre and all the watrersports you would expect with a marina. 

The price is for 1 week based on two people sharing (the apartment sleeps up to 4) extra guests over the age of 18 are charged at just £25 per week per person.

Your stay can start on any day of the week and extra nights can be added to your stay at the rate of £20 per extra night for the apartment (not per person)
