Antiqued Pine Country Kitchen Farmhouse Dresser & Rack

Description:
This is a lovely quality Georgian design cabriole leg and pierced fretwork twelve drawer solid pine dresser and rack / server / sideboard.  The dresser stands on cabriole legs having plain legs to the rear.  Rising over this is a blind fretwork frieze with three drawers with turned beech knobs.  Above this is the solid pine top rising over which is the beautiful three shelf rack with nine drawers in a break-front configuration having five drawers to the centre with two drawers flanking either side.  The dresser rack has lovely shaped sides with beautiful blind fretwork below the two upper shelves with pierced fretwork over, surmounted by a flared cornice.  The two upper shelves in the dresser rack have plate grooves. The dresser has pine back-boards.  The drawers are of solid pine construction. This fabulous piece of furniture has been made from re-claimed pine.  You can see from the backboards where the wood has been plained and some of the old paintwork being visible.  The dresser is of very nice quality and beautifully hand-made, of classic joined construction using motise and tennon dowelled joints. The dresser has a beautiful rich antiqued pine colour with a French polished wax finish.

Date:
The dresser dates from the late 20th Century, using almost certainly, Victorian period pine timbers.

Condition:
The dresser is in good condition, having minor wear consistent with age, adding to character and authenticity.
