Telephone: 0797 473 2472 Buying antiques on line: I have been disappointed when buying antiques on ebay from people that don’t know what they are doing: ie: wrong type of timber / date etc. I make every effort to ensure an accurate description, however, due to the age of items we cannot list every imperfection. All our items are genuine antiques and as such we try not to over restore them. Where we mention ‘pattination’ this could include ink stains, darkening in the corners and general wear and tear that you would expect from old furniture – all the lovely things that give an antique piece individuality and value! We kindly ask you to bear this in mind upon receipt of your goods. I am confident of my descriptions and will give a full refund within 30 days if we have mis-described it. Returns T&C’s: items must be returned within 14 days, in sale condition, all transport costs must be paid and refunds will not be given until items have been returned. Bidding rules: Contact & payment must be made from buyer within 10 days of winning the auction or the bid will be assumed to be null and void. We retain the right to remove a listing before it’s scheduled end time While I am open to a bit of haggling on most items, if you do ‘buy it now‘ then you have brought the item, not the option to view and haggle, just use ‘make me an offer’ or email me first! Payment: I would rather not do paypall due to their charges but will if needs be. Personal cheques and bank drafts have to clear my account before collection / shipping. No part exchanges considered. Shipping: Goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. I may deliver for free within a reasonable radius of South Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds (depending on the item and its location). Do contact me to discuss. All other areas: Shipping will be via a standard antiques courier company - many of which are listed on ebay. Specific quotes on request. Alternatively you can arrange your own transport or collect in person. |
