Framed Antique Watercolour of Ulleswater (Cumbria) dated 1894

Overall Size:  29.3cm x 29cm.  Image Size: 21.7cm x 29cm

Watercolour on paper

Bottom right corner, very neat writing 'Ulleswater Sept. 25 '94'

Original wide oak frame

Condition:  One small dot indentation top left corner.  One brown mark bottom left corner above rock, could be dribble from paint when originally done, not a fox mark + picture looks like it was done 'on the spot'.  Rough sketch, prior to painting in pencil.  Otherwise good condition.  No loss of colour, no damage or repair.  Frame sound.  At some point someone has added new tape on reverse, not that expertly, as it is beginning to peel.  Not a bad little picture in all.
