      Vintage late Victorian locket with chain. The chain has the old type clasp and is marked gold filled. The locket is also marked Hayward 12K Gold Filled. It is in very good condition with the inside frames and covers intact. It closes correctly and is an unusual shape. The gold is yellow and two tones with a lighter on a darker color. It reminds me of a oriental tent. May be Egyptian .The chain is 18" long, locket is 1" long by 3/4" at its widest point. A very elegant and unusual locket.
