An Antique Late Georgian/Early Victorian Crocheted Red Silk Men's Miser's Coin Purse dated to between 1800-1850

This purse is made of a wine coloured thread which is crocheted together with steel beads. The purse has two metal rings to keep it closed and steel bead tassels on each end for decoration. The purse measures 10" long without the tassels and 2" wide. The purse is in okay condition with the exception of a small hole on one end, a small dark stain and two missing strands of beads on one tassel (see photos).

Packaging and postage within the UK will cost £1.30, within Europe via Airmail will cost £1.30 (ca. 1.40 Euro) , overseas via Airmail £1.70 (ca. $US 3.00). With insurance it would be more.

Please note insurance is required for all items above £20. I gladly combine items to save postage. Please note that I charge actual postage costs and recycle all sorts of packaging to keep the buyer's and my costs low and fair. I do however prefer to ship large fans and items in new poster rolls to avoid damages to the items. These cost on average £0.50 which is money well spent to protect the items. I accept PayPal, Sterling cheques and International bank transfer, but preferably in Euro. Please await my invoice before making a payment.
