Antique Victorian Burr Walnut Bookcase

This stunning antique Victorian burr walnut bookcase ca 1860 has a rectangular top with moulded edges and rounded corners above a deep shaped frieze and two glazed doors with key and working lock. The interior has three adjustable shelves with original green velvet lining and red tooled leather trim. The piece stands on shaped bracket feet, has rounded corners is of a superb quality, is a rich golden walnut colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
