On offer here is a stunning mahogany breakfront large triple wardrobe armoire dating to the victorian period of the 19th century circa 1860.

Made of mahogany, the wardrobe stands on a shaped plinth base having bun feet to the corners supporting an upright three section breakfront wardrobe body above. To each side are sentry box hanging wardrobes enclosing hanging rail storage within. To the centre is a full sized chest of 4 drawers under a double door locker cupboard above. The locker enclosing a central shelf. Surmounted above the upright body is a flared edge breakfront pelmet top having carved fret worked centre piece. The doors have fielded panels with fabulous carved borders and carved adorned embellishments. The drawers have good later bun handles with the interior being dovetail joint constructed and having its original linings. All backpanels also remain in sound order.

This item dismantles into 7 pieces for ease of movement and transportation.

Offered in a very good condition commensurate with age. Please though do not expect this piece to be 'as new' . Free of worm and solid in joint, polished and ready to use. Later bun handles to the drawers, small repair to rear of fret worked top not obvious and mentioned only for accuracy
