This is a beautiful Spelter Metal Marley Horse and Stable Boy/Groom Figurine. This piece was manufactured around the late 1800s. The reins the boy is holding are copper and the bottom of this piece has 'felt' to protect any surfaces it sits on. There are no breaks or repairs that I could see but there is a small hole directly underneath the horses left ear. This looks to have been manufactured that way. There are also a few tiny marks/scratches - but nothing serious. This is a gorgeous piece that measures 7 1/4" tall and is 7" long.
