This is a lovely antique silver hallmarked pin cushion in the shape of a pig.

He is missing the cushion but this can be replaced.

Other than that, considering his age he is in great condition.

Really nice little item for anyone collecting silver / pigs or sewing memorabelia.

Size of Pig is 5.5cm x 3cm.

I have researched what I believe the hallmarks to be (but they are quite faint to the naked eye) but would not like to guaranty. There are 4 hall marks on this one. The makers mark (I think) is A&LL (Adie & Lovekin Ltd) - this is the faintest one. The City Mark is an anchor - Birmingham The Standard mark is a Lion - Standard Silver The date mark is a g - 1906 (again this one is quite faint.)
