If you feel an item has been incorrectly described, for example if it is chipped or if an incorrect model number has been given then we will be happy to refund the purchase price and initial postage costs. Please contact us within seven days of receipt and return the item to us in the condition it was received and by the same postage method. Return postage will not be refunded but a restocking fee will not be charged.

If an item is lost or damaged in the post please contact us and we will send you the postage receipt to file a claim with Royal Mail. Items sent by 1st Class post are covered for loss and damage up to £32. I prefer to send more expensive items by Special Delivery, which cover goods for loss and damage up to £500. China items are not covered for damage by the cheaper 2nd Class / Standard Parcel postage so I avoid sending china by these methods. If you would like to select a different postage method please contact me.

If you change your mind about an item once it has arrived and wish to return it please contact me within seven days of receipt. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was sent and by the same postage method - on receipt of the item we will refund you the initial purchase price but will not refund the initial or return postage costs. A restocking fee of £5.00 will also be charged. 

Refunds will be given in the same kind as the initial payment ie Paypal payments will be refunded to Paypal, cheques by cheque etc.
