Antique Silver Coffee Pot Baluster Sheffield 1907

This is a lovely Antique Solid Silver Coffee Pot.  It is of a baluster shape and it has a fluted top rim.  It has a dark wooden handle and finial and it has 4 shaped pad feet.  It is of a good guage of silver and has clear marks.  It is of an elegant shape and is a good sturdy coffee pot

Makers Marks: C.E N (Charles Edward Nixon)                

Dimensions:     8 inches tall, 8.25 inches wide from spout to handle.  The actual body is 5 inches wide at its widest point and it weighs 677g    

Condition:    It is in very good condition with just a couple of very small dings, but these are very minor           

Remarks:    A very good impressive looking antique solid silver 102 year old coffee pot and when not in use makes a lovely display item  that would grace any home

Antique and vintage silver by its very nature has been previously used.  Silver is a comparatively soft metal and a combination of many years use invariably leaves its mark.  I do endeavour to describe all items accurately but do not expect any antique to be in "as new condition".
