International bidders - WE LOVE INTERNATIONAL BUYERS and gratefully welcome your business HOWEVER you must pay with Paypal or a bank wire transfer - Canadian bidders may also pay with an international money order DRAWN ON A US BANK in US Funds - sorry for the inconvenience, but otherwise we are charged a fee by our bank.

Returns are accepted only when an item substantially and materially differs from the written and photographed description. Shipping, insurance and packing fees are not refundable.
The successful bidder pays actual shipping, insurance, and $1 packaging. US sales are usually sent Priority Mail unless otherwise stated, and International sales are usually sent Airmail with no insurance unless requested.
Items shipped to Italy must be sent Priority Mail Insured or Registered due to the high number of lost packages.

I ship twice a week. Items paid by personal check usually ship 7 days after payment is received.
In the event the item breaks or is lost in shipping we will assist the buyer in filing the appropriate claims. A refund will be issued only when the insurance claim is paid by the shipper (USPS or UPS). Shipping, insurance, and packing costs are not refundable.
